The dome valve, also known as the pneumatic dome valve, is a feed valve for the bin pump. It can cut off the flowing material flow or the stationary material column entering the pressure tank, and then close to achieve sealing.This ensures that the filling rate of the pressure tank is 100% and does not rely on the level gauge of the sending tank, so the control principle is simple and reliable.When processing abrasive materials, the expandable pressure seal ring embedded in the dome valve seat ensures the working pressure difference before and after the valve.The elastic expandable seal ring can sink the material particles, avoiding the sliding of the material particles due to the pressure difference, which will wear the valve seat and the seal ring.The rotating dome valve core in the valve body moves to rotate the dense material column, so that the dome valve completely filled with material can close and seal through the filled material.
Features of dome valve:
