Dome Valve, also known as pneumatic dome valve, bin pump feed valve, breathable valve, inflatable dome valve, or inflatable feed valve, can cut off the flowing or stationary material flow into the pressure tank, and then close to achieve sealing. Thus, the filling rate of the pressure tank is ensured to be 100%, and there is no need to rely on the level gauge of the sending tank, so the control principle is simple and reliable. When processing abrasive materials, an expandable pressure sealing ring embedded in the dome valve seat ensures a working pressure difference between the front and rear of the valve. The elastic and expandable sealing ring can trap material particles, avoiding the sliding of material particles due to pressure difference and wear on the valve seat and sealing ring. The displacement action of the rotating dome shaped valve core inside the valve body enables the dense material column to rotate, and the dome valve that is completely filled with material can be closed and sealed through the filled material.
Characteristics of dome valves:
